Ático Produções is the solo lo-fi music work of Daniel Setti, from São Paulo, Brazil, nowadays living in Barcelona, Spain. Here you can listen to songs created in two different virtual EPs from Ático Produções: “Biro-Biro Loops”, recorded in 2002 in a first floor flat in São Paulo with analogic four-track equipament and a microphone; and “Acidentes”, done in 2007/2008 in a penthouse in Barcelona with suspicious digital software and a microphone. The 2002 tracks were edited and gained new voices. Since the late nineties, Daniel Setti has played, recorded or participated in concerts with artists and bands such as Elza Soares, Guru Jazzmatazz, Jumbo Elektro, Labo, The Kitschen, Inga Matthies, Sinéad Savage, TchucbandioniS, Burt, Veiga & Salazar, Pyroman, Sérgio Dias, Otto, Lula Queiroga, Rabodegalo Trio, Vintetrês, Indígenas Intergaláticos, Mugomango, Jolyman Soundsystem, Cérebro Eletrônico and Satan Duck. He is one of the founders of brazilian label Reco-Head and has also the mash-up project Funny Ways of Dancing (FWD), soon to be avaliable in myspace.
